Some items qualify for free shipping: If your order totals $50.00 or more, you will receive automatic free shipping on qualified items. The cute little green truck by the item means it is a "qualifying item". These items will be shipped USPS First-Class Mail or by another delivery method of company's choice. You may override and choose to pay for your shipping if time or shipping method is a concern for you. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.


Turnaround Time
Typically, I ship orders the same business day of receipt. Please contact me if you have a special need or wish to expedite your order.

Tracking Orders - USPS Priority Mail
Your item(s) shipped by Priority Mail will have a tracking number that will be emailed to you once the order has shipped. Registered Customers may check on your orders inside your Jennifer Company Account.

Heavy-Weight Items - UPS Ground
Additional shipping/freight charges may apply for heavy-weight items. These fees are posted on the individual item description page. These items do not qualify for free shipping. They are not included with the accumulative items that total $50.00 or more. Typically, these heavier items will be shipped via UPS Ground for best pricing.

I only ship items within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
